A Cool, Creamy Dressing

If you’re looking for a creamy dressing that’s also healthy, this week’s Health-e-Recipe for Cucumber, Feta Cheese and Dill Dressing is just the ticket. Our combination of yogurt, olive oil, feta cheese and herbs is very low in fat but satisfying over any veggies.

Plain nonfat yogurt is very healthy for your digestive system and is considered a low-calorie density food. When you want something creamy, you can use it in dips instead of sour cream or mayonnaise, or as a topping for a baked sweet potato or other cooked vegetable. Greek-style plain nonfat yogurt is especially pleasing.
