AICR’s Foods that Fight Cancer: NEW & UPDATED

Have you ever wondered whether all the hype over broccoli, blueberries and other “superfoods” is true?

Now you have an evidence-based, user-friendly tool to find out: last week at our conference we launched our new web resource “AICR’s Foods that Fight CancerTM.” 

Go to these pages to learn about research related to specific foods and cancer prevention and to find practical tips on how to use the foods, along with recipes from the AICR Test Kitchen.

Our first four foods are Broccoli and Cruciferous Vegetables, Blueberries, Cranberries and Flaxseed. Keep checking back because we’ll be adding and updating some every month.
